Starting from the chamfer, aligned on Calle Sancho de Ávila, a series of parallel, dislocated and staggered bodies are arranged orthogonally on Calle Zamora and resting on a ground floor that acts as the plinth of the complex. This arrangement allows for open courtyards, which are defined according to the heights, accesses and public spaces that surround them. Standardisation and prefabrication systems have been used on site; tunnel formwork structure, façade with large panels and modular curtain wall façade system.
