Student residence with 370 places located opposite Sants station, an area in the midst of urban transformation and a nerve centre of the city. The building has 15 floors, with a trapezoidal geometry in the form of a pincer, which resolves the different alignments and also serves to functionally organise the facilities in terms of communication cores and rooms. The remaining space opens up to the exterior from a large vertical cut, which provides spectacular views and at the same time allows us to change the material and tonality that helps to make the tower more slender, adapts the tones in the orientations and provides dynamism and vibration in a rather harsh environment.
Volumetrically it also adjusts to the streets so that the relationship with the neighbourhood is more harmonious.
