Tiana

Building of 7 dwellings in Tiana, with three floors, on a corner plot with a steep slope, which causes access from different floors.

The topographical and town-planning constraints lead to the choice of a regular block of six dwellings and an independent dwelling attached to it, which forms the corner.

This is the first project for a developer in an area of new growth in Tiana, Creu de Terme, in front of the school and in the highest part of the development area.

With this first project, the aim was to generate a way of doing things, in terms of the quality of the buildings, the provision of the homes and the commitment to environmental strategies, which would be a sign of the developer’s identity.

A clear commitment to large terraces and outdoor spaces, seeking to respond to people who were looking for a home in a multi-family building, and who came from a house with a garden, and therefore prioritising these outdoor spaces.
