Heura - Tiana

Building with 12 flats in Tiana, on a corner plot with a marked difference in level, located at the entrance to the town.

The building opens towards the south-west façade to take advantage of the best orientation and views, with a communal garden in front. Its horizontal volumes are reinforced with continuous terraces and a stone plinth that integrates the access floor and the car park, which is partially buried in relation to the road.

In line with Creu de Terme’s developments, Creu de Terme has opted for maximum energy efficiency and comfort. The façade, with SATE finish and double insulation, has a white finish that provides a Mediterranean image, contrasting with the fenestration elements and darker recessed areas. The use of stone for the base and heat-treated wood for the partitions reinforces this idea of integration and warmth.

The project seeks to synthesise the values of comfort, functionality and elegance.
