This single-family house in Barcelona fuses contemporary architecture and nature, blending harmoniously into its surroundings. Distributed over two levels and a basement, its volumetric design stands out for its use of noble materials such as wood and stone, which provide warmth, durability and a strong link with the landscape.
One of the key principles of the project has been the preservation of the century-old trees in the grounds, ensuring the biodiversity of the site. In addition, the swimming pool functions as a mirror of water that reinforces the relationship between the house and its surroundings, providing freshness, shade and a sense of timeless balance.
The façades have been designed with stone and wood lattices that filter natural light, creating changing shadows throughout the day. At the same time, the large windows allow a fluid visual connection with the garden, offering panoramic views and reinforcing the feeling of spaciousness and contact with nature.
This project, beyond its aesthetics and functionality, reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, comfort and respect for the natural environment, achieving a home that is fully integrated into its landscape.
