Business Park in the Llull-Pujades Llevant sector, the first to be built in 22@. Made up of four office buildings of different heights, three of them linked by a large atrium, it occupies practically an entire block. The tallest building, with a ground floor and 11 floors, is separated from the rest and is the beginning of the Saló Llull, an urbanised area of three islands (also designed by BCA) like an arched boulevard that separates the buildings on Carrer Llull from the three islands in the area and at the same time connects and relates them, with a very rational and highly functional architecture that accommodates independent or corporate floors. The buildings are formalised with sliding windows and lantern-type glazed facades open to the northeast, and are materialised with a ventilated façade of aluminium sheeting and stone plinth.
