An office building from the first stage of 22@, which tended to be designed as towers with curtain walls, dominated by glass, prioritising luminosity and views as a lure to attract companies to set up in Poble Nou. With a ground floor and 13 upper floors, and a height of 50 metres, it forms part of the transformation of the Llull-Pujades-Llevant area, which is connected to the LLULL Hall through a passageway.

Formally, the main volume rests on a plinth and overhangs Carrer Pujades, breaking up the planimetry. To protect the building from the sun, both thermally and for visual comfort, aluminium slats are placed on the south-east façade and prefabricated concrete slats on the west façade, which are continued in the framing of the glass and aluminium sun volume.

Access is provided at the junction of Pujades and Provençals through a porch that articulates the chamfer, makes it permeable and contributes to the cantilever effect.
