Bolivia

The refurbishment and change of use of the Bolivia 250 building is the transformation of two industrial buildings in the northern part of 22@ into offices. The site is in the midst of evolution and change, and in which the urbanisation of calle Bolivia in this section stands out, pacified and with a lot of vegetation. The buildings have different façades, but are functionally united. The intervention maintains the essence and industrial character while unifying the most austere and simple language, with large openings and materials typical of the period and the area, achieving a more unified image. Although some differences can be recognised, this fact provides identity.

The three floors are used for the IMU offices, and the ground floor for meeting rooms and exhibition and multi-purpose space. This is an office building and implementation with other energy and resource saving features and Leed Gold certification.
