Comprehensive interior remodelling of one of the office buildings in the Zona Franca Logistic Park in Barcelona, which is part of the complex designed and built by Ricardo Bofill’s Architecture Workshop in 2002. It’s an extended and partially rotated structure with a ground floor, five upper ones and a basement. It has attractive terraces at each end and boasts a highly characteristic in the wave-shaped roof which can be seen along the Ronda Litoral.

The architectural proposal consists of respecting, updatingand enhancing the building’s different interior spaces (the communal areas and the offices distributed around the two cores alike) for use as new and functional offices. Similarly, the facilities have been fully refurbished in keeping with the current sustainability and efficiency standards.
