Located on a corner of the 22@, serenity, austerity and flexibility were the values the corporate office building had to convey. Enhancing the flexible, bright and pleasant spaces for work, the existence of an old oven fire from the Giralt Bakery has conditioned the alignments and arrangement. Also, the fact that the public space is located inside the island means that a large part of the ground floor is free to allow a view. The place under this porch is used to place the main entrance to the building, in which the large hall, designed as a museum space for the company, exemplifies the concept of modern corporate architecture, which seeks to create environments of inspiring and functional work.

The office building has two heights, generating a terrace on the top floor, the management and boardroom. The double height stands out, giving the building a more monumental character.

Promoting sustainable architecture, this building is LEED Gold certified.
