Transformation of the warehouse of the old Pons i Clerch factory, located at the bottom of the plot of 105-111 Sancho de Ávila street, into 5 non-conventional homes and on the other, the construction of a new office building and car park that will face the street.

The office building has three façades and a partition facing the square and Ciutat de Granada street. The floor plans, of different sizes two by two, configure entrances and exits on the south-east side, while the north-east and south-west façades are made up of two parallel planes that gather these volumes.

The ground floor opens to the interior through a large porch, which joins the adjacent public open space and allows you to observe and enjoy the Pons i Clerch factory from the street.
