A building with 52 dwellings and parking on a plot with a significant slope between streets, characterized by its elongated geometry and conditioned by the round square at the top. A stepped volumetry is proposed to adapt to the slope, creating interesting terraces on the lower and upper floors, in addition to the continuous terraces on the street-facing façade. The façade is treated in light tones, except for the street skirting, which is made of dark natural stone, and the aluminum carpentry and solar protection elements
